Candidates should be calm, warm, nurturing and patient, with good spoken and written English, strong organisational, teamwork and communication skills, reliability, punctuality, creativity, energy and enthusiasm. Applicants should be local to Barnes or able to commute easily, and follow health, safety and safeguarding policies. Experience in early years or education and an NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification are welcomed but not essential.
