Work alongside an established room team in a warm and comfortable environment, supporting children to access the prime areas and develop naturally. Use the Planning in the Moment approach to support each child to reach their full potential. Training towards achieving or extending childcare qualifications is supported after probation, with the aim of helping the educator become a future key carer. The role is 40 hours per week on a shift basis. The page welcomes both qualified and unqualified applicants.
