Kita am Alex is looking for an early childhood educator, preferably with an additional qualification as an Integration Specialist, to serve as a Hallway Guide in its open-concept daycare environment. Responsibilities include coordinating the educational daily routine, monitoring learning spaces, supporting children and team members, guiding transitions, recognizing needs and group dynamics, assisting with drop-off and pick-up, building relationships with parents, and helping create an inclusive and participatory atmosphere. Applicants should have a recognized qualification as an educator, social pedagogue, childhood educator, or equivalent, ideally additional integration training, and experience with or interest in open-concept and inclusive education.
