Kita am Alex is looking for an early childhood educator, preferably with an additional qualification as an Integration Specialist, to coordinate and support the educational daily routine in an open-concept daycare environment. Responsibilities include overseeing learning spaces, supporting team members, guiding children between spaces, providing social and emotional support, recognizing needs and group dynamics, assisting with daily operations and transitions, and building relationships with parents. Applicants should have a recognized qualification as an educator, social pedagogue, childhood educator, or equivalent, ideally additional Integration Specialist training, and experience with or interest in open-concept and inclusive education.
