Pearl Montessori is looking for a Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator who is confident, capable and calm. The role involves developing and implementing high-quality, child-led programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS, creating inspiring indoor and outdoor learning spaces, fostering respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues, reflecting on practice, contributing to a positive team culture, and supporting children's social, emotional and cognitive development through purposeful play and hands-on experiences. Applicants need a Diploma of Early Childhood Education that is ACECQA approved, at least 4 years of experience in Australian early learning settings, strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Framework, current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, Child Protection training and a WWCC, plus confidence with digital documentation and learning platforms.
