Kindalin offers traineeships for school-leavers and mature-aged applicants who have an innate desire to educate and care for children and are motivated to complete a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. Trainees work with Room Co-ordinators and Centre Directors while gaining paid employment and experience in a childcare environment. Applicants need a Working with Children's Check, Australian permanent residency and flexibility to work rotating rosters. No prior experience is necessary.
