Participate in the Early Career Framework in partnership with University College London, with a professional development programme comprising nine modules delivered through self study, mentor support and face to face events. ECTs collaborate and learn with teachers from different settings across the borough, and each ECT is allocated a mentor to support their progress and development during induction.
