HALE.NOW is seeking dual students for its studios in Prenzlauer Berg and at Ku’damm, with a study start on 01.10.2026 and an application deadline of 31.08.2026. The role combines a bachelor's degree at the German University of Prevention and Health Management with 30 hours per week in the studio, mainly as a Community Manager. Duties include supporting studio management with administrative and organisational work, reception and member advice, training support, ordering and inventory, maintaining studio order, analysing operational metrics, developing internal processes, and increasingly taking responsibility for opening and closing studios. Depending on the study programme, duties also include leading group classes, creating individual training plans, supporting health check-ups, and contributing to the training concept. Applicants need a university entrance qualification or equivalent, an interest in fitness and health, communication skills, reliability, initiative and team spirit, and willingness to work evenings or weekends. Training experience is beneficial for the fitness training programme but not required. HALE.NOW covers 100% of the study fees, pays 750 EUR per month in year one, 850 EUR in year two and 950 EUR in year three, covers the Deutschlandticket, and provides access to its training and health check-up offerings.
