HALE.NOW is seeking dual-study students for its studios in Prenzlauer Berg and on Ku'damm. The role combines study with supporting studio operations, reception, administration, inventory, KPIs and process development. Depending on the selected program, tasks also include training members, leading group classes, creating training plans, supporting health check-ups and answering training questions. Applicants need a university entrance qualification or equivalent, a passion for fitness and health, communication skills, reliability, initiative, team spirit and willingness to work evenings or weekends. Prior training experience is an advantage for the Fitness Training program but is not required. The program starts on 01.10.2026, runs for 7 semesters or 42 months, includes fully covered tuition fees, compensation of €750 per month in year 1, €850 in year 2 and €950 in year 3, a fully covered Deutschlandticket, free use of HALE.NOW offerings and 30 hours per week.
