Solomon Airlines invites expressions of interest from qualified and registered businesses to serve as Domestic Sales and Ground Handling Agents in Auki, Malaita. The appointed agent will sell domestic tickets, provide customer support, process payments, promote Solomon Airlines services, submit reports, and comply with airline policies. Ground handling duties include coordinating aircraft arrivals and departures, passenger boarding and disembarkation, baggage handling, aircraft marshalling, turnaround coordination, operational communications, safety and security procedures, equipment management, and passenger support during disruptions. Applicants must be locally registered businesses with an accessible office or outlet at or near the airfield, relevant sales, customer service, aviation support or logistics experience, trained personnel, operational capacity, financial capability, and a reliable community reputation. The initial contract is for 24 months and may be renewed based on performance, compliance and mutual agreement. Expressions of interest were due by 25 May 2026.
