The Furry Dogmother is looking for responsible and trustworthy people to provide one-to-one dog walking, pet feeding and pet sitting in owners' homes in Chelsea and South Kensington. Applicants must be over 18, have previous experience looking after pets, live in Chelsea, South Kensington or within a 20 minute cycle or walking distance, and be reliable, trustworthy, fit and happy to walk in all weathers. The role requires regular walking, flexibility regarding hours, good timekeeping, effective communication by phone, text and email, and being good with people as well as pets. Applicants must provide two checkable references, be eligible to work in the UK, have good spoken and written English, provide proof of address and hold a current DBS certificate, or obtain one with assistance. Applications must include a CV and covering letter. The position is part time and freelance, on a nil hours rolling contract with no guaranteed hours per week. Most walks take place between 9am and 3pm, Monday to Friday.
