Paws & Pause is opening its first grooming space at its Peckham site in 2026 and is looking for an experienced groomer to help build it from the ground up. The role includes day to day grooming and dog care, as well as developing processes, standards and ways of working. The position offers autonomy, responsibility and the opportunity to influence how grooming develops as Paws & Pause grows. The organisation is looking for someone interested in high quality, welfare-first grooming, ownership, initiative and working as part of a supportive, progressive team. Salary is up to £31,200 annually, with full time and part time options.
