Oversee LevittQuinn's legal work, including direct supervision of staff attorneys, fellows, and support staff. Lead hiring, training, mentoring, and development of the legal team; manage contracts, projects, programs, and collaborations; oversee the volunteer and pro bono placement program; collaborate with the Executive Director on resource development, events, grant writing, reporting, and resource allocation; lead continuous quality control and improvement; and maintain relationships with legal services programs, community partners, the Board of Directors, and other stakeholders. Applicants must be active members in good standing with the California State Bar, have at least 10 years of direct legal experience including family law litigation, and have at least five years of legal services management experience. Adoption and probate guardianship experience is a plus. Strong project management, communication, collaboration, technology, and software skills are required.
