Develop replicable, zero waste production processes that turn post-consumer clothing and textiles into desirable upcycled apparel and home goods. The role includes leading product development initiatives, working with fashion design and production interns, and building on existing products and production processes. Ideal candidates are self-starters with an entrepreneurial work ethic, fashion design and garment construction expertise, product development experience, natural leadership skills, and a Los Angeles base. The work environment offers flexible scheduling, hybrid and in-person work at Los Angeles production facilities, several meetings per week, and daily Slack check-ins. Compensation includes an equity stake vesting over five years and monthly commission payouts based on a percentage of net profits.
