Scott+Scott is hiring a Director of Artificial Intelligence to lead the firm's strategic, practical, and responsible adoption of AI technologies. The role includes developing an AI roadmap, identifying use cases, creating governance and usage policies, evaluating and deploying legal technology solutions, overseeing vendors, training attorneys and staff, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and tracking adoption, efficiency, and risk indicators. Required qualifications include 7 to 10 years of experience in legal technology, innovation, IT leadership, or a related field; hands-on experience deploying AI or advanced legal technology in a professional services or regulated environment; knowledge of legal industry workflows, confidentiality requirements, regulatory obligations, and attorney culture; and a bachelor's degree. An advanced degree is preferred. Candidates must reside in AZ, CA, CT, DE, MD, NE, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TX, VA, or WA. The annual salary range is $175,000 to $230,000.
