Work with intellectually challenging adults receiving services from Mercy Home. Applicants are asked to explain their interest in working with Mercy Home and the attributes they would bring to positively impact the lives of the individuals served. Employees responsible for caring for people with severe behavior problems must be capable of performing the physically demanding SCIP-R techniques, including holding a person while dropping to the knees, working on the floor, and spinning, bending, twisting, and transferring power.
