Sydney University Swimming is seeking an enthusiastic junior development coach to provide high-quality coaching to age group swimmers aged 10 to 16 at local and area level. Duties include technical and skill development across all four strokes and regularly monitoring swimmers to support attendance and positive skill development. The role requires current Austswim or Swim Australia Teacher of Competitive Strokes accreditation, with a Development or Foundation Coaching Certificate preferred, plus current CPR, First Aid and NSW Working with Children credentials. Benefits include above-award wages, paid training, professional development, free CPR upgrades and gym membership.
