Based in Sydney or Brisbane, this role contributes to or leads the design and delivery of projects from concept through documentation. Responsibilities include concept design, spatial planning, Revit documentation, consultant coordination, presentations, client communications, workshops, approvals, design and technical issue resolution, and team support or mentoring. Designer applicants should have 3 to 6 years of post-graduate experience, while Senior Designer applicants should have 7 to 10 or more years of experience on complex projects, with advanced Revit and documentation capability and team leadership experience. A tertiary qualification in Architecture or Interior Architecture is required. Experience in seniors living, health, hospitality or workplace projects, knowledge of NCC and Australian Standards, site experience, contract administration familiarity, and senior-level registration or accreditation are desirable.
