Join Brave New Eco's small, dynamic and committed design team in a supportive, dedicated and fun studio. The role involves contributing meaningfully to multiple projects and clients in an independent, flexible work environment. Applicants should be committed to sustainable outcomes and practice, have relevant qualifications and 3+ years of professional experience in an interior design or architecture practice, and be competent in construction documentation and 3D renders using REVIT. Familiarity with the residential building code, construction documentation conventions, and the stages of design and tender processes is required. Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, residential design including kitchens, bathrooms and custom joinery, client presentations and liaison, contract administration, and specifying interior finishes, fittings and surfaces is ideal. Knowledge of passive solar design, sustainable design and products, or permaculture, along with graphic design, Microsoft Office, research and writing skills, would be a bonus. Training and resources can be provided to up-skill in sustainable design areas.
