The ideal candidate is a bright, hard-working team player with 2 to 4 years of experience, including at least one year's experience at an established engineering practice in the UK, an MEng in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification, and who is working towards ICE or IStructE chartership. Good communication skills in speaking, writing and drawing, and working capabilities with Office software are required. The company will teach you to use its own calculation and drawing software.
