Play a critical role in upholding criminal justice in Singapore by exercising prosecutorial discretion, advising the Police, the Central Narcotics Bureau, the Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau and other law enforcement agencies, and prosecuting accused persons at trials and on appeals. The role contributes to bringing closure to victims of crime and their families and protecting the public interest. Requirements include at least two years of post-qualification experience and a law degree from the NUS or scheduled universities.
