Applicants should have hands-on experience with leading IAM and PAM platforms, comfort with configuration, integration, and edge cases, and clear communication skills. CISSP or CISM is an asset. Vendor certifications for SailPoint, CyberArk, Delinea, Okta, Ping, or Microsoft Entra are valued.
