Link Logistics is hiring a hybrid ML/Backend Engineer to own the intelligence layer of its Analytics Engine. Responsibilities include designing knowledge graphs and retrieval pipelines, developing rule-based and agentic LLM workflows, building scalable ETL and ELT data pipelines, implementing data lineage and provenance systems, developing backend APIs and services, and collaborating with investment and asset management teams. Qualifications include 4 or more years of experience in ML engineering, backend engineering, or both, experience shipping LLM-powered applications in production, strong Python skills, experience with knowledge graphs or graph databases such as Neo4j, proficiency building data pipelines at scale using Spark, Databricks, or equivalent, and a track record of building systems with strong data provenance. This is a full-time, in-office position in New York, NY. The anticipated base compensation range is $140,000 to $155,000.
