Omnium hires 4-6 STEM major undergraduates, recent graduates or graduate students for terms beginning in January, May and September. Interns receive structured training in consumer packaged goods fundamentals and data science practices, then use those skills to address real client business problems and opportunities. Direct client interaction, including executive-level interaction, increases as understanding, ability and confidence grow. Previous interns have contributed to sales strategy, pricing decisions and packaging change analysis for major brands. Several interns have joined Omnium full time, while others have moved into competitive entry-level roles.
