Cycleboat Boston is hiring outgoing and friendly crew to assist captains on Boston Harbor tours. Responsibilities include greeting guests, updating trip manifests, selling tickets, answering phones, replying to messages and emails while onboard, monitoring hazards and emergency response protocols, cleaning the boat, assisting with routine maintenance, standing navigation lookout watch, participating in onboard drills, loading and unloading materials, and handling mooring lines. Applicants must be polite, responsible, friendly, hardworking, able to lift 50 pounds, and able to effectively understand and convey written and verbal information. Multilingual skills are desirable, CPR and First Aid certification is preferred, and maritime or mechanical boat experience is a plus. Full-time and part-time positions are available from mid-April through October, with some weekend and holiday availability required. Pay is $18 per hour plus tips.
