Join TechBrain's Cyber Security Team, reporting to the Head of Cyber Security and Strategy and working from the Subiaco office with predominantly CBD based mid-market clients. The role involves providing excellent client service, building strong client relationships and delivering cyber security solutions. Requirements include client support and relationship management skills, the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people, planning and organisation skills, attention to detail, written and documentation skills, troubleshooting skills, knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, hardware configurations and network configurations. Experience in cyber security and knowledge of NIST, ISO and Essential Eight are preferable. A current WA driver's licence is required.
