Welcome customers, receive laundry, process and record orders, handle payments and WhatsApp enquiries, explain prices and services, manage complaints, maintain customer data and reports, coordinate order status with Laundry Operators, contact customers when orders are ready, handle pickup and delivery tasks, and assist operators when needed. Qualifications include being communicative, neat, friendly, detail-oriented, accurate with calculations, comfortable using smartphones, basic computers and messaging applications, and able to speak English with foreign customers. Customer service experience is a plus. The role is based in Canggu, Seminyak, or Pererenan.
