Zoni's Student Service Representatives are multilingual experts who provide excellent service to students and administrative support to offices. They provide information and respond to inquiries from students, teachers, staff, and visitors, register and enroll prospective students, and collaborate with various teams. Duties include responding to inquiries about Zoni products by phone, email, and mail, interviewing and enrolling students in English and specialized programs, meeting enrollment goals, building relationships with agents, providing customer service, answering calls, collecting registration and tuition payments, preparing reports, and performing related duties. Requirements include a high school diploma, bilingual English and Spanish skills, sales experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated writing ability, the ability to advise and provide solutions to a diverse student population, and excellent customer service.
