Zoni's Student Service Representatives are multilingual experts who provide excellent service to students and administrative support to offices. The role involves responding to prospective student inquiries by phone, email, and mail, interviewing, qualifying and enrolling students in English and specialized programs, meeting enrollment goals, building relationships with agents, providing customer service, answering calls, collecting registration and tuition payments, preparing reports, and performing related duties. Requirements include a high school diploma, bilingual English and Spanish skills, sales experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated writing ability, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service. The position is in-person with an evening schedule: Monday to Wednesday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Thursday from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with Friday and Sunday off.
