Zoni's Student Service Representatives are multilingual experts who provide excellent service to students, administrative support to offices, information and responses to inquiries from students, teachers, staff, and visitors. Duties include responding to prospective student inquiries by phone, email, and mail, interviewing, qualifying, and enrolling students in English and specialized programs, meeting student enrollment goals, establishing relationships with agents, providing superior customer service, answering telephone calls, collecting registration, tuition, and other payments, preparing reports, and performing related duties as assigned. Requirements include a high school diploma, bilingual English and Spanish ability, sales skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated writing ability, the ability to advise and provide solutions for a diverse student population, and excellent customer service. The role is in-person, with morning and evening schedules Monday through Thursday and Saturday or Sunday.
