Join the Kin Teck Tong team serving patients at its TCM clinics. Duties include client reception and registration, attending to calls and emails, assisting with appointment, medication, product and service queries, collecting payments, dispensing products and herbal medication, managing inventory and ordering stock and supplies. Candidates should be service-oriented, confident, good communicators, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and proactively handle unexpected situations. The full-time position involves five full work-day shifts per week, including weekends. Internal training is provided, and an interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine is a plus.
