Serve patients at Kin Teck Tong's TCM clinics and handle reception, billing and payment collection, patient relations, customer service, clinical and administrative duties, herbal medication dispensing and stock take. Duties include receiving and registering clients, attending to calls and emails, handling appointment, medication, product and service queries, collecting payments, dispensing products and herbal medication, and managing inventory and supplies. Requirements include being service-oriented, confident, a team player, having good communication skills, proactively handling unexpected situations, multitasking in a fast-paced environment and working a full-time five full work-day shift week including weekends. Internal training is provided.
