Fortress Melbourne is looking for casual customer service attendants with food and beverage experience and an engaging personality. The customer service team serves tables, makes cocktails, and helps guests with PC gaming and board games. Candidates should have at least 2 years of food and beverage experience, outstanding customer service skills, experience servicing crowds of up to 1,000 people, a valid VIC Responsible Serving of Alcohol certificate, and a Working with Children's Check before employment commences. Cocktail making and barista experience are desired but not essential. Candidates must be confident handling customer complaints, able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment, have excellent personal presentation and a positive attitude, be available across weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays, and have full ongoing rights to work in Australia.
