First Nations Network is seeking expressions of interest from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to service clients on inbound or outbound contact campaign work for a range of clients. The role involves receiving calls and providing customer service support or campaign information, or making calls to engage with customers across a variety of campaigns or services. Training is provided upon engagement in a culturally safe environment. Access to a phone and the internet is required.
