In this Berlin role, you are the first point of contact for customers, handle complaints by phone and email, provide comprehensive customer service, support the daily filling operations of ATMs, document movements in databases and Excel, and coordinate service providers. The role requires completed commercial training, ideally initial experience in inside sales or customer support, strong service and customer focus, very good MS Office skills, an independent and solution-oriented working style, strong teamwork and communication skills, and preferably very good English.
