In Berlin, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handle complaints by phone and email, provide comprehensive customer service, manage daily ATM replenishment activities, document movements in databases and Excel, and coordinate service providers. The role requires a completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally initial experience in inside sales or customer support, strong service and customer orientation, very good MS Office skills, an independent and solution-oriented approach, strong teamwork and communication skills, and optionally very good English.
