In Berlin, be the first point of contact for customers, handle complaints by telephone and email, provide comprehensive customer service, manage the daily business related to filling ATMs, document movements in databases and Excel, and coordinate service providers so ATMs are filled promptly. The role requires a completed commercial training, ideally initial experience in inside sales or customer support, strong service and customer orientation, very good MS Office skills, an independent and solution-oriented approach, strong teamwork and communication skills, and preferably very good English.
