In Berlin, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handle complaints by phone and email, provide comprehensive customer service, manage the daily filling of ATMs, document activities in databases and Excel, and coordinate service providers. The role requires a completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally initial experience in inside sales or customer support, strong service and customer orientation, very good MS Office skills, an independent and solution-oriented approach, strong teamwork and communication skills, and ideally very good English.
