Provide in-hospital medical support for patients in the Critical Care Unit and assess and treat patients requiring critical care consultation elsewhere in the hospital. Duties include assisting with daily rounds and procedures, managing patient issues while on call, and responding to in-hospital Code Blue events as the Code Blue team leader. Available shifts include weeknights, weekend days, and weekend nights. Day shifts are 0800 to 1700 and overnight shifts are 1700 to 0800. Weekend shifts may be 24 hours or split day and night shifts.
