Autonomous office-based role for a Criminal Lawyer with 5+ years post-qualification experience. Duties include running criminal law files end-to-end, meeting clients, appearing in hearings, briefing and working with Counsel, and building a team and referral network over time. The role offers established referral streams, repeat business, an employee-friendly culture, an incentivised structure and growth potential. Standard hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm, with availability to support clients when required. Applicants should be confident appearing in court and running hearings independently, self-sufficient, commercially aware, relationship-driven and seeking long-term stability.
