Conn Kavanaugh seeks a seasoned Massachusetts-based attorney with 10 to 15 years of corporate law practice to deepen and broaden the capabilities of its corporate department. The department represents closely held companies, founders, executives, and investors, with work including mergers and acquisitions, formation and restructuring, and general outside counsel and advisory work. Qualifications include 10 to 15 years of law firm corporate or transactional experience, a Massachusetts license, and New England roots. Experience with early-stage companies, private equity, early round corporate finance, commercial real estate transactions, finance, and leasing is a plus. A portable book of $250,000 or more is required. The work environment is hybrid, with three candidate-chosen days in the office, subject to practice demands. Support personnel or a small group may be considered.
