Streets Law is seeking a qualified corporate and commercial solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE gained at a leading regional or City firm. The role involves handling a diverse caseload covering private company share and asset purchases, management buy-outs and buy-ins, shareholder and investment agreements, share schemes, corporate governance and company secretarial work. Responsibilities include working with directors and junior staff on transactional matters, leading transactions, negotiating and advising clients, supporting the firm's growth strategy, managing a client portfolio, winning new clients, and overseeing the training and development of junior staff. Requirements include qualification as a solicitor, demonstrable corporate M&A and commercial legal experience, excellent communication, drafting, organisational and interpersonal skills, proficiency with Microsoft applications, attention to detail, willingness to learn, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and the ability to contribute to growth and marketing plans.
