Join TIOmarkets' Sales team in Limassol, Cyprus, converting leads to clients and assisting them to start trading. The role involves maintaining high-volume client contact by phone, chat and email, promoting company products and services, providing proactive customer service, keeping CRM information accurate and up to date, providing information and training on products and trading systems, achieving personal and company KPIs, cooperating with colleagues across departments, and complying with company policies and the regulatory environment. Previous experience in a similar role is required, along with a proven sales track record, a university degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Management or a related field, knowledge of financial markets including technical and fundamental analysis, strong communication, negotiation and closing skills, excellent organisation and time management, and the ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Business fluency in English is required and additional languages are an advantage.
