Join TIOmarkets' Sales team in Limassol, Cyprus, converting leads to clients and assisting them to start trading. The role involves maintaining a high volume of client contact by phone, chat and email, promoting the company's products and services, providing proactive customer service, keeping CRM information accurate and up to date, providing product and trading system information and training, achieving personal and company KPIs, cooperating with colleagues across departments, and complying with company policies and the regulatory environment. Previous experience in a similar role, a proven sales track record, a university degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Management or a related field, knowledge of financial markets, business fluency in English, and excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills are required. The role also requires a target-driven, competitive, enthusiastic, dynamic and self-motivated approach, customer support orientation, strong organisational and time management skills, and the ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Additional languages are an advantage.
