DOAR seeks an experienced finance professional with strong technical accounting judgment, a process-improvement mindset, and the ability to translate financial information into actionable insight for firm leadership. Responsibilities include managing general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, month-end and year-end close, financial statements, project-based billing, revenue recognition, internal controls, audits, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic financial support. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, 7 or more years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in consulting, legal, or other professional services, knowledge of project-based accounting, experience with accounting and ERP systems, payroll processing experience, advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills, strong communication and analytical abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A CPA and experience with BQE CORE are a plus.
