Arctus is seeking a senior consultant to work closely with the consulting team on client and internal projects. After learning Arctus's consulting methodologies and working environment, you will lead operational assignments for clients, including web solution audits and analysis, qualitative and quantitative research, technology monitoring and deliverable development. You will also help identify new opportunities and formalise related commercial proposals. Internally, you will contribute to monitoring, communication, marketing, content creation and the development of annual surveys and Observatories. The role requires a business school, Master's degree or engineering school qualification, 7 to 10 years of professional experience in digital roles related to communications and IT, familiarity with digital technologies and interest in changes in the world of work. Candidates should be curious, enthusiastic, autonomous, creative and professional, with excellent written and spoken communication skills, excellent English, presentation skills and experience with digital collaboration tools such as Teams, Slack, Google Suite, Microsoft 365, Miro, Klaxoon and Canva.
