VNCA recruits an expert consultant to work within the Risk and Compliance departments of major banking and insurance groups, independently and alongside a Manager or Partner. Duties include operational and managerial support, project management relating to financial risks such as credit and market risk, non-financial risks including ESG, internal control and compliance. Applicants should have a BAC+5 degree, ideally a Master's in Finance or Law, and at least 2 years of experience in risk or compliance within a consulting firm or financial institution. Knowledge of current banking regulations, banking activities, products and processes is required, along with methodological skills in audit, internal control and regulatory compliance. Experience using or configuring tools such as Fircosoft, Factiva or Actimize is valued. Strong adaptability, excellent interpersonal skills, operational English and motivation to develop expertise and contribute to an entrepreneurial project are expected.
