Quest Builders Group is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to manage project contributors, field activities, schedules, scope changes, change orders, punch lists, submittals, pay applications, project meetings, status reports, permitting, safety, quality, and subcontractor performance. The role requires leadership, construction knowledge, customer service, collaboration with clients and project teams, and proactive problem solving. Qualifications include 5 to 10 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager, knowledge of construction methods including contractor design build, MS Office Suite and Procore experience, effective communication and leadership skills, customer service orientation, and a valid driver's license. Travel may be required, including occasional weekday overnight stays. Benefits include 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, in person, with a salary of $125,000 to $145,000 per year.
