Perfetto Contracting is seeking a senior construction cost manager, cost control manager, or cost analyst for its Brooklyn corporate office. Responsibilities include leading job costing across projects, setting controls and budgets, reviewing cost allocations, conducting earned value and cost deviation analyses, maintaining quantity and cost tracking systems, conducting internal audits, preparing cost reports, supporting value engineering, and managing accounting system closings. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in construction, accounting, or a related field, 5 or more years of construction industry experience, cost control management experience, knowledge of Viewpoint Vista or Heavy Job, advanced Excel skills, strong analytical and communication skills, and prior management experience. Limited remote work may be available depending on workload. Base salary is $120,000 to $160,000.
