Quigg Golden is seeking an experienced and ambitious construction professional to join its head office in Belfast. Candidates should have at least 3 to 5 years post qualification experience in law, construction, engineering and/or procurement. Duties include engaging with clients, completing high quality work to strict deadlines, handling construction and procurement law matters, producing letters, legal documents, tender documentation and contracts, delivering seminars and in-house training, handling negotiations and opposition representation, demonstrating leadership, and participating in networking and business development. Essential criteria include strong client-facing, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, experience delivering multiple projects to strict deadlines, experience winning new clients through business development, an excellent track record with supporting references, a strong academic background, and detailed knowledge of the commercial, legal and policy aspects of construction and/or public procurement. Desirable criteria include strong IT awareness and a full, clean driving licence.
